Warranties

Biscayne Awning backs our workmanship like no other company in South Florida.

Warranty provided with all installations.

Limited Warranty

This Warranty is effective for (1) year from the original date of installation in case of fabric failure. Claims will not be valid unless accompanied by a written letter and a copy of the original invoice.This warranty covers the proper use and care for fabrics under normal conditions. Any damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, exposure to chemicals other than those in normal atmospheric conditions or by any act from God, as snow, hail, and strong winds will immediately null this Warranty. All galvanized pipes and Aluminum frames are also guaranteed for a period of 48 months under normal conditions. Warranty for structure will also be voided in the event any of the above circumstances such as vandalism or acts of nature occur (new awnings only). This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and Biscayne Awning will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage.
